A city board is a field guide, not a verdict.
How to read a young city ranking without turning one basket into fake authority.
Count the baskets.
A WingScore with one check-in is a lead. A WingScore with twenty is an argument. CAFO prints the count beside the number because confidence should never hide behind color.
Unrated means unrated.
A spot can be on the map without being on the board. Until somebody logs a basket, CAFO shows a dash. No borrowed average. No placeholder dressed like evidence.
The board is allowed to move.
Restaurants change cooks, oil, suppliers, and good habits. Members change their minds. Fresh check-ins keep the city guide alive, which is more useful than pretending a ranking was carved into the bar.
